Steps in presenting offers on
properties you have shown:

A Sales Contract,
Agency Disclosure, Condo or HOA Rider, Lead-Based Paint Disclosure, and Buyers Pre-Qualified Mortgage or Proof of Funds within thirty days is required to email an offer.

Upon receipt of all documents you can email them to lhi@lhireos.com. All agents are contacted immediately upon notification of seller on the status of your offer.

There will also be
times that there are more than one offer on a property. At this point a
Highest and Best offer form will be emailed for your buyer to complete and email back by the designated time & date.
